Exchange-rate reconciliation

Build a JustBit CAD-to-Crypto Value Ledger

A CAD display is not the same asset as the crypto sent to or from a wallet. JustBit's terms emphasize virtual-currency price movement, so keep fiat display, coin quantity and fees in separate columns.

Capture the rate at each decision point

Save the cashier's crypto quantity, CAD or other fiat equivalent, quoted rate and timestamp before confirming. Repeat the capture at approval or dispatch if the account shows a new conversion point.

Do not compare a live market chart with an old cashier screenshot without aligning the exact time, asset pair and spread. The goal is to explain the account transaction, not reconstruct an ideal trade price.

  • Quoted rate and timestamp
  • Crypto quantity
  • Displayed fiat equivalent

Separate casino, network and wallet costs

Record any casino processing fee, blockchain network fee and receiving-wallet fee independently. Then calculate the expected net crypto quantity and compare it with the confirmed wallet receipt.

For deposits, measure the quantity that reached the casino address after the sending fee. For withdrawals, measure the quantity that the owned wallet received after the operator and network stages.

  • Gross amount
  • Each named fee
  • Net received quantity

Resolve discrepancies with the right evidence

A missing transaction uses the hash and confirmation trail. A value dispute uses the cashier quote, rate timestamp and fee schedule. Send the evidence matching the problem instead of a current exchange-rate screenshot.

Keep the ledger in asset units as well as CAD. That prevents ordinary market movement after receipt from being mistaken for a payout shortage.

Questions players ask

Why can the CAD value change after a crypto withdrawal?

The asset price can move after the transaction; preserve the quantity and rate timestamp used at the relevant event.

Which fees belong in the ledger?

Record casino, blockchain and receiving-wallet fees separately.

What proves the received amount?

The confirmed transaction and the owned wallet's credited quantity provide the primary record.
