Freeze the route before copying an address
Record the asset, network, deposit or withdrawal direction, minimum and required confirmations displayed in the cashier. Save the full address or destination tag through the wallet's secure history, not a screenshot that truncates the middle.
For tokens that exist on several networks, such as USDT, the network label is as important as the token name. Do not infer ERC20, TRC20 or another chain from a previous transfer.

Run a controlled amount and preserve the hash
Check that the amount remains above the casino minimum after wallet or network fees. Submit one transfer and retain the transaction hash, sending-wallet record and cashier address. Do not send a second transfer because the balance has not appeared instantly.
Use a block explorer appropriate to the chosen chain to separate broadcast, confirmation and casino-credit stages. A confirmed blockchain transaction can still wait for the casino's internal credit process.

Escalate with chain evidence
If the required confirmations are complete, give support the transaction hash, asset, network, amount and destination. Ask whether the deposit is below minimum, missing a tag or waiting for internal review.
Never disclose a seed phrase or private key. Those secrets are not required to trace a public blockchain transaction.
Questions players ask
Is USDT one payment network?
No. Confirm the exact token network shown by both the cashier and wallet.
What proves the transfer left my wallet?
The transaction hash and the correct chain explorer show its broadcast and confirmation state.
Should support ask for my seed phrase?
No. A seed phrase or private key must never be shared.
